The real problem

You don't have a proposal problem. You have a triage problem.

The government reserves billions for small businesses. You're not missing out because your work is weak — you're missing out because qualifying opportunities eats evenings you don't have, so you bid blind or don't bid at all.

01

You hear about bids late

A broker, a rumor, a spam-filled alert. By the time it reaches you, the clock's half gone.

02

The answer is buried across four PDFs

Scope on page 3 of one attachment, the award method on page 35 of another, the wage floor in a third file entirely.

03

You bid the wrong ones

Hours poured into a contract quietly wired for the incumbent — while the winnable one closed without you noticing.

What lands in your inbox

Straight answers

Questions you're right to ask.

Isn't this just a SAM.gov alert?

No. Alerts forward you a title and a deadline. We read the actual RFP and tell you whether to bid, what it pays, and who you're up against. The judgment is the product — the alert is free everywhere.

Do you write the proposal for me?

Not today, and that's deliberate. We help you decide which bids deserve your proposal effort so you stop burning it on unwinnable ones. Winning is a long game; we save you the wasted evenings in between.

Can't I just do this with AI myself?

You can — if you know FPDS exists, can read a wage determination, and will do it every single morning without skipping. Most owners' time is worth more running crews and selling. We do the tedious part so you don't.

Will you tell me the exact number to bid?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. We give you the historical award range and the mandatory wage floor. Your final number depends on your own overhead, which only you know. Blindly matching someone else's number is how firms win a contract that bankrupts them.
