BidBrief / Terms of Service
BidBrief is an informational subscription service. We read public federal procurement documents (SAM.gov solicitations and attachments, Department of Labor wage determinations, FPDS award records) and deliver summarized briefs with a bid/no-bid recommendation, filtered to your trade and states.
BidBrief is not legal, financial, or bidding advice, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. A BID verdict is an analytical opinion, not a prediction or guarantee of award, revenue, or profitability. You are solely responsible for verifying every opportunity against the official source documents and your own cost structure before bidding. Never derive a bid price solely from our briefs.
Every brief is checked against its source documents before delivery (see how we verify). If you find a material factual error in a brief — a claim that contradicts the cited government record — email sam@federalbidbrief.com with the specifics. If confirmed, we will issue a corrected brief and credit one week of service. This is our sole liability for brief contents.
Subscriptions are billed monthly () or annually (,490) through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial; cancel within the trial and you are not charged. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Cancel anytime — see the cancellation page. Cancellation stops future billing and service continues through the period already paid. Beyond the trial and the correction credit above, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Briefs are licensed for use within your own firm. Reselling, republishing, or systematically redistributing briefs outside your firm is not permitted.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for bid outcomes, lost profits, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
