Subscribers: your email, company name, trade, states, and certifications — provided by you at signup, used solely to build and deliver your briefs. Payments: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store card numbers. Site visitors: anonymous page-view counts (page visited, referring site, country). No cookies, no advertising trackers, no visitor IDs, no fingerprinting — we cannot recognize you between visits and don't try to.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties. We email you the briefs you subscribed to and service notices — that's it.
Every marketing email includes a working opt-out; unsubscribe requests are honored promptly. Brief delivery stops when your subscription ends or on request.
Subscriber profiles are kept while your subscription is active. Email sam@federalbidbrief.com to have your data deleted; we confirm within 14 days. Anonymous page-view records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
